It is all linked to BREXIT, negative interest rates, abolishing cash and introducing a World Digital Reserve Currency (something similar to the WORLD CONSERVATION DOLLAR that the late Edmond de Rothschild recommended at the 4th Wilderness Congress held in Colorado in 1987, to be coordinated by the Bank of England, Bank of Canada through the BIS). Its no accident Carney has been the Governor of the Reserve Bank of Canada now the Governor of the Bank of England now testing the water as it were. I believe they already know what they’re working towards implementing.
