HEALTH NZ & MAORI HEALTH AUTHORITY: DESTRUCTION OF NEW ZEALAND’S HEALTH SYSTEM

Today, at 9.55 am, Sunday, July 3, 2022, I switched on my TV to watch the NEWSHUB NATION program on TV3. At the beginning of the program, the host was interviewing the new CEO Fepulea’i Margie Apa, with a big seashell hung about her neck, about her powerful role heading the new health agency, Health NZ, which radically replaced the country’s 20 District Health Boards from 1 July 2022. Before the interview was complete, I must admit, I was so shocked and upset about what I was witnessing, I just had to turn the television off. I don’t want to criticize Margie particularly, but I will reveal a few general facts about what is happening that should deeply concern all New Zealanders.
HEALTH NZ AND MAORI HEALTH AUTHORITY
Effective from 1 July, 2022, Labour Party, Fabian Socialist/Marxist Health Minister Andrew Little announced that all of NZ’s 20 district health boards would be radically abolished and replaced by a new health agency called Health New Zealand (NZ) modelled after the UK’s National Health Service – and another health agency called the Maori Health Authority would be created to specifically cater only for indigenous Maori and Polynesian citizens.
To achieve this objective, two Chief Executives were therefore duly appointed. Samoan, Mrs Fepulea’i Margie Apa was appointed to head Health New Zealand. Maori, Mrs Riana Manuel was appointed to head the Maori Health Authority. Health NZ will be the national ‘primary’ health agency for all of New Zealand and will work alongside the new Maori Health Authority that will receive exclusive funding to cater for specific Maori and Polynesian healthcare.
THE ENORMOUS POWER OF THESE NEW CEO’S
Do understand. It is the Chief Executive Officers of most organizations that possesses the most power, NOT the Boards. To use the example of NZ’s ‘City Councils.’ It is not the members of the council or mayor who rule and run the Council, it is the Chief Executive Officer.
So the appointment of these two new chief executives effectively means they will be in control of a New Zealand workforce of over 80,000 medical doctors and nurses, with an annual budget and portion of Government expenditure exceeding NZ$20 billion per year.
On top of this, on 19 may, 2022, the Labour Government allocated an extra NZ$13.2 billion to establish and run Health NZ and the Maori Health Authority over the next 4 years. They are largely printing money to do this, spending money they don’t have like water, and when added to other out-of-control Government deficit spending – this is creating enormous inflation and the rapid depreciation of the currency.
In essence, by doing this, not only are they assisting in destroying the financial stability of the country, inevitably they are destroying the ability of the Government to maintain this enormous growth in Health spending in the future.
So, have a look at the video in the hyperlink above, and I will let you decide whether you think these two women appointees are suitable candidates to control over 80,000 doctors and nurses throughout the country with a budget of over NZ$20 billion in spending.
Frankly. At least for me. It makes me sick, and I shudder at the potential consequences this forebodes for the future.
MINISTRY FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: THE BLIND LEADING THE BLIND
And oh! While I’m thinking of it. Allied to these radical changes taking place in the Health system is another shocker. These Socialist imbeciles are doing the same in creating the new MINISTRY FOR DISABLED PEOPLE, again, implemented on 1 July, 2022. The Government is throwing in an extra NZ$1 billion of new funding into the sector just to get the new Ministry going. As the Government has quite openly stated “the preferred candidate for Chief Executive is a disabled person” and as yet they haven’t been able to find a suitable one – the new appointee is only an INTERIM Chief Executive, Geraldine Woods.
I would have thought that the most suitable candidate for CEO would be a person who was the most suitable for the job. Period! I mean, is a drug addict, or even a reformed drug addict, the most suitable person to head a Drug Addiction Agency? It reminds me of Christ’s statement, referring to the scribes and Pharisees, in Matthew 15:14 KJV: “Let him alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” Do forgive me, but I’m seriously starting to wonder if Christ was only referring to the scribes and Pharisees of his day, but rather, the charlatans running our current Government.
