I’ve been holding off this further three Waters post because of the importance of the issue and have waited to see if any of the mainstream media break the story.
Sadly with the exception of Mike Hoskins the Disclosure has not been made by the main media.
The Lies that have been told to the New Zealand public are coming home to roost.
When minister mahuta day after day along with the public media was telling us all that between 120 and 185 billion was needed to upgrade three Waters around the country.
4 water entities were planned to hold the countries 3 water assets as security and they would be able to borrow the 120/180 billion attitude unlike councils who would not have the ability to borrow the amount required which exceeds New Zealands current debt.
Councils disagreed however Minister Mahuta and her Maori caucus held all the cards in caucus.
What has now been uncovered before Christmas the legislation had a clause the gave any secured lender to one of the 4 water companies upon of a default it would have the ability to impose a rate on all ratepayers in the area that the default occurred to cover all of the costs losses plus the receiver’s fees. This would make life impossible for most ratepayers.
The Legislation keeps the government out of possibility for the losses and places 100% responsibility via an imposed special rate on ratepayers. How is it possible this was not made public.
You might say this will never happen however it already has in Australia.
The governance of the four entities is based not on expertise in water management rather on the ethnic background of appointees and rate payers pick up 100% of the risk.
Its a recipe for disaster, this matter is disgraceful.
Once again we have been misled by chippy one of the original Architects of three waters along with Jackson, mahuta , sage and Ardern.
Its been hidden because of the impact it would have on the polls when rate payers find out.
In my next post on three waters I will drop another nuke that has not been on mainstream media.
Its all out the impact three waters will have on your council owned CCOs and you wont be happy.

Thanks for this superb, short message and video from former NZ Westland Mayor, Bruce Smith, about 3-WATERS and effectively the international bankers’ takeover of the country with Australia through the impending confiscation of all our property and assets, homes, farms, etc. through massive increases in debt ultimately serviced by council rates and tax impositions. What Bruce says is absolutely correct, however doesn’t tell the full story as you can only say so much in 6 minutes.
I previously warned EVERY MEMBER OF THE NEW ZEALAND PARLIAMENT in 2018 about this in my 75-page “JOHN PHILLIPS’ SUBMISSION TO THE NZ GOVERNMENT TAX WORKING GROUP” – and out of 120 MPs got only four acknowledgements, all Labour Party members with no meaningful comment. One from Francesca Crutchley, Private Secretary to Hon Grant Robertson Minister of Finance, one from Clare Curran, Minister of Broadcasting & Associate Minister of State Services & ACC, Leah Barngrover Private Secretary to Hon Damian O’Connor (MP for West Coast Tasman) Minister of Agriculture, Minister of Biosecurity, Minister for Food Safety, Minister for Rural Communities, Minister of State for Trade & Export Growth and Poto Williams (MP for Christchurch East & Assistant Speaker of the NZ PARLIAMENT). Shockingly, not even a single reply from any of the other political parties including National. I have since been told, (partly because my submission was concerned not only with NZ, but global banking pirates in general as they are taking over the world) that this short 75-page submission is the greatest publication ever written in history about global banking. So I may turn it into a book soon. Who exactly is responsible I don’t know, but someone from the Tax Working Group has posted it on the Internet where to date it still remains:

Some months ago, I sent an email out to 97 of my emailers WARNING of how the NEW ZEALAND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUNDING AGENCY LIMITED is being used in preparation to CONFISCATE all New Zealanders’ property, homes, farms etc. through city council rates/taxes, that all mayors have GUARANTEED as collateral security for their debt borrowed from the international banks. I received back just two comments, none from New Zealanders! So in many respects we deserve what’s coming! Every scumbag mayor in the entire country has secretly signed this banking Guarantee on behalf of all ratepayers and property owners without their consent. Interestingly in English, ‘CHARLES’ means ‘A MAN’ (note the definite article).
So next time you consider voting for or supporting someone who does not understand or accept this is happening, whether they be rich or poor, claim to be an expert, a politician, a leading academic, university professor, scientist of doctor. With the greatest of respect, relegate them to the local psychiatric institution as soon as possible. However, do be warned, there will be standing room only as ninety nine percent of the general population will be there before you already.
And by the way. The local indigenous NZ Maori people are not the problem at all, as some may claim. They are only being used and will end up cannon fodder like everybody else. Please, for once everyone, get off your arses and read the full GUARANTEE & INDEMNITY DOCUMENT and you will appreciate exactly why – and more importantly, appreciate exactly how, incredible evil, devious and deceptive these money changers really are. That is why Christ in a rage threw them all out of the temple, and in two thousand years they haven’t changed a lot at all.
