However, if you look at the latest Buller District Council NET DEBT POSITION here: https://bullerdc.govt.nz/media/5iebjnwh/annualreport2022-small.pdf you will see its NET DEBT of $16.64 million and predicted to be $21.39 million for the 2021/2022 period. (This is extremely low by other NZ council standards!) All NZ Councils now must borrow through the NZ Local Government Funding Agency’s GUARANTEE ARRANGEMENTS. If you go to their website, then read the GUARANTEE AND INDEMNITY DOCUMENT, and the SECURITY TRUST DEED, you will see that all of New Zealand’s ratepayers properties have been wickedly, without ratepayers’ consent, put up as security collateral against these loans from foreign bankers.

Note that Buller District Council doesn’t appear on the list at all which is a mystery, while Grey District Council does. So one would need to clarify this with the Council. But my point is, all councils in NZ have been betrayed by their own mayors already who have wickedly signed this Guarantee (116-pages), and the truth is all property, homes, farms etc., because they have been put up as security to provide the rates and property tax revenue to the councils to service their increasing numbers of outrageous overseas loans, ultimately, will be confiscated by the bankers even if they are Freehold or Fee Simple which, are the Possession Rights of the property only as the British Sovereign and Crown own all the land. This applies in one form or another now in almost all countries. The reason most people are unaware of it is that most people are either too apathetic, evil, or quite simply haven’t got the intelligence to understand what is happening.
Unless stopped, soon just ONE MAN (KING CHARLES) will gain the WHOLE WORLD.
That is why the Lord Jesus Christ warned;
“For what shall it profit a man (Note the definite article – Charles in English means ‘a man’), if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36).
The Devil has deviously changed the text in most new modern Bible versions because he doesn’t want his followers to accept this prophetic truth, the NIV being a good example of many:
“What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?” (NOTE: ‘A MAN’ Charles is gone!)
This is what the Coronation of King Charles III (tonight our time here in NZ) is all about. Just ONE MAN gaining the WHOLE WORLD!!!!
