In this video, I discuss Roberts’ knowledge of the Lincoln County War using the original transcripts of his tape recorded interviews with William V. Morrison. I will also debunk a new theory brought forth by neo-historians and those that support maintaining the historical status quo that Roberts obtained his knowledge of Billy the Kid and the Lincoln County War by memorizing The Saga of Billy the Kid by Walter Noble Burns.
